I will be doing an update soon to the pins file, this will take time to complete as the first version was over 400 hours work so the update is going to be many days of work to complete.

Pen and call is a flag that add/removes a run from the pen and call list, that can be printed put at the side of the map and then you call and run the pen across the map whilst calling.

Virtual lists, this is so you can have a single run in multiple lists so for example a run in the blue book that your having issues with could be in a virtual list of runs your having issues with.

Schedules apply rules on how the time outs on the runs work based on a successful call.

This is normally due to some points not having their plotted information, I update this periodically so it can fall out of sync quite often.

I am really sorry that is an oversight on my part, I was debugging a specific issue with the sites and forgot to put the code back, this will be fixed in the next version which I will try to submit to Apple today, this should take between 5-7 days for Apple to process.

I need to know what is not working, for example have you done the following.

1. created a bike list.
2. viewed the bike list.
3. Add points live

this should get you into visual pointing, for this to then work you need the pin locations of the points, you may plot these on your own or purchase them that is your choice to make.

Yes exactly, this can replace the paper radius book if you want whilst out on the bike.

Does it work now, as the server has been reworked over the last couple of weeks.

This is fundament to the way the app works, this is how the app was designed many years ago and has stood the test of time, I never believed in 'ticking off' points saying pointed when pointing this is irreverent, the most important thing is do you remember where a point is, so let me run through the operation of the app.

All points start out not pointed (this is the same as don't know), going out pointing you compile a list of points to point, only when you revise and pick 'correct' does the point change from 'not pointed' to 'pointed', fundamentally it is knowing the point which changes the status not the act of pointing. So when revising in the future a correct point, pressing 'don't know' changes its status back to 'not pointed' if you drop a point and don't want it to be 'not pointed' then sticky is the button to press as it does not change the pointed status.

So to sum up.

Don't know = Not Pointed
Sticky = Sticky flag added to the point and the pointed status does not change
Correct = Pointed

Its worth describing another feature of the app which is the slider under the question on the revision screen, this is a 0-10 slider for how well you know the point, with 0 being not well at all and 10 being your happy you know the point very well, once you start using this you can order the revision set points to give you the worst known to best known when revising (recommended) or the other way round, there is a setting in settings for the order and your looking for ok factor.
