Updating pins - not purchased

Hello,
When I try to update my pins from the top right of the import sheets/points menu I get a message saying
"pins not purchased for this device, please contact wizann"

I purchased the pins a while back and have tried to open the e-mail file again but it doesn't work. 
Pins for older points appear but not for the newer ones (which is why I want to update them)
Using an ipad air.

I will be doing an update soon to the pins file, this will take time to complete as the first version was over 400 hours work so the update is going to be many days of work to complete.


Feel free to post enhancement requests for the apps, always looking for new ideas.
