Point Revision » P2P selected points » 9/18/2015 7:18 pm

Is there a way to view the points that have been selected as P2P?
i have been unselecting them manually as they come up in my revision but there is 1 outstanding and i cannot work out what the hell it is. it's not doing my OCD any favours!

I could do this in the windows verion but it has stopped working.

Point Revision » Points not showing up in "all points" section » 9/14/2015 10:24 pm

just noticed this. loads of my points are not showing up in the "all points" section. they are still in  the database though as they show in postcode revision for example.

it seems to be points i pointed a while back.

if i go into the all points section have have no filters set other than a postcode for example it only shows a handful of points.
but if i go into the revision section all the points show up in there.

any ideas?

thanks
Paul

Point Revision » sharing database with windows version » 8/13/2015 7:24 pm

Hi Alex,

I have been using the ios verison in conjuction with the windows version for a few months as it works well for me.
I had been transferring the datatbase backwards and forwards with no issues at all.
Now I cannot open the database in the windows version anymore,i am guessing it is since the upgrade of the ios version.

I keep geting this error:

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

Let the daily sheets, teach you direction, let the app teach you ins/outs.

thats what i needed to know. Cheers mate.

Just one more thing. How many times will the app ask me to get into and out of a point before it never asks me again?

Point Revision » P2P on app » 7/20/2015 8:49 pm

Hi Alex,

I have a question on how the P2P actually works within the app.
Just say I had just started and went out and did radius map 1. When i get home it will ask me questions 2 and from the points in that map. If i then went out again the next day and did map 2 it would ask me question to and from all the maps in map 2.
Is it a case of once i have answered correctly many times it will start the merge the points from the 2 maps?

The reason I ask that i have completed 52 maps so far. Some points were as north as Euston Road and others as south as Southward bridge but the app will only throw questions at my for points that are a stones throw from each other.

Any advice?

TIA

Point Revision » Map Letter » 4/10/2015 6:09 am

Hi Alex,

Someone else using the Points App on their iPhone has got the map number and map letter showing up in their lists. Where as I do not. Only my Bluebook start and end points have it displayed as [BB] all the other points show up as [ ]
Whereas they should show up as [A] or [L] or whatever.

Thanks

Paul

Point Revision » Windows Points Software Question » 3/30/2015 7:16 am

Hi,

Is there an option anywhere within the software to revise/view points by radius map? This option is in the Apple App on my iPhone but I cannot see it on the Windows version.

Thanks
