Hi

I can't delete runs form virtual lists. When I try to, the app crashes and the run remains in the list.

Can this be fixed?
Thanks
Jan

Hi

At the weekend I downloaded the latest version of the app and I can now  go through my timed out runs in  order of the least called first! Delighted!

Many thanks

A sticky point is one may not remember very well. That doesn't mean I want to revisit it necessarily. Also, I might remember the answer to a point well but feel that I want to revisit it. These are logically distinct aspects.

Hopeful you can leave this on your list of things to do

Hi Ryan

This is one of the strengths of the app. Every time you load a new sheet the database is updated with every point on that sheet.

As for revision, there are lots of ways of doing that according to your preference but you could just do the timed out points everyday.

Hi

I was just hoping that the All Points screen could have an extra filter that included unpointed and re-point places. No change to the underlying database would be needed would be needed would it?

Thanks

Hi

When I want to see a point again I have been marking it with a Status of "repoint". I assumed that when I select all points in a post code with a Status of "not pointed" this one will be included but I've just realised that it isn't. Could you amend this? That is, either include re-point items with the "not pointed" or create a new category called something like " to be pointed or repointed"?

Thanks

Hi

I had the problem on an iPad.

I can imagine this is a complex area but I still thInk there is something wrong. Could you have another look? Can I send you examples?

Thanks

Hi

I thought maybe the new sort order could be an optional setting? I am doing what you suggest now but it's still quite easy to miss a new run that's buried amongst the older ones.

Thanks

P.S. Is IOS 9.2.1 ok to go to?

Hi

I think I have found some glitches in Wizbooks...

I added a ninth stage to the default schedule. This works but the description of the ninth stage does not appear on the runs. Schedule Stage is blank.

More seriously, I created my own schedule with three stages. Again the descriptions don't appear but, much worse, when you call the run, the last called date is not updated.

I'm keen to have my own extra schedule (specifically for blue book runs, to call them more frequently than other runs) how long would a fix take? Is there a workaround?

Thanks

Hi

Can we have an option to display timed out runs in order of how often we have called them?

The reason for this is that I often have hundreds of timed out runs so I want  to make sure I call the more recent runs first. As  it is now I have to scroll and search for the least called runs.

Thanks

Hi

I just tried backing up my database with this new method.
Where does the backup file go?
Also I did backup by email and it produced an email like an error report to you. Does that mean it didn't work? Is it meant to attach the database to an email as an attachment?

thanks!

Thanks Alex. Mine's updated and working fine now too.
btw I looked and saw there's a new version of Wizpoints available that means we don't have to do backups using iTunes - sounds great! Is it self explanatory? Does it also fix the new examiners problem or do I still need to execute the fix?
More generally, is there a way I can subscribe to the forum so that I get notifications of new versions etc pushed to me rather than having to look for the information?

thanks for these great products!

Hi

Sorry, I'm a bit behind on the new features in that case.

I really like the way the app can call the runs to me. Is  there a  way to increase the reading speed?

Why are some runs listed in green font, others in black?

Where should I go to read about all the features of the app?

Thanks
Jan
