Hey everyone,Wanted to see if anyone here has dealt with recurring water seepage in their basement after heavy rain.We’ve been noticing moisture seeping through the foundation walls around the lower level, especially along the base seams. I know a lot of the older foundations in Bergen County tend to crack or settle over time, but it's getting to the point where a simple sealant from the hardware store just isn't holding up anymore.For anyone who has had to deal with basement leak repair Garfield NJ, did you end up going with interior drainage/sump pumps or did you have to excavate the exterior to fix the waterproofing properly?
