Here's a simple recipe for low-calorie brownie toast:
 
Ingredients:
 
2 slices of whole wheat bread
 
15g dark chocolate (90% cocoa or higher)
 
1 egg
 
200ml milk
 
15g erythritol
 
10g cocoa powder
 
Steps:
 
Mix 1 egg with 100ml of milk.
 
Add 10g of cocoa powder and 15g of erythritol.
 
Stir until well combined.
 
Lightly brush a baking mold with olive oil.
 
Cut the whole wheat bread into small pieces and place them in the mold. Pour the cocoa-milk mixture over the bread.
 
Add another 100ml of milk.
 
Top with dark chocolate and almond slices, then let it sit for 30 minutes.
 
Cook in an air fryer at 180°C for 20 minutes.
