Help Needed!!
I was uploading points details found on the bike onto the iPad (wiz points) last night, and after I finished I could not get back into the Wizz points app, and still cannot get into it this morning. Even if I search for the app on App Store, when the app come up, it flashes off.
Any other app on the iPad works fine including the Wizann Books app.
I have tried and tried to get through to Wizann but no answer. I have backed up my iPad but am nervous as I lost 2,500 pieces of information from the Flashcards app.
Any help GREATLY appreciated!

Completely close the app from the tasks "double press" the home button then swipe up the wizpoints app if it is in memory then try to open it again.
