Currently the books app has been compiled against IOS8, what this means is the libaries used in the app are proper IOS8 libraries, so it is fully compatible, the points app has not but seems to work ok on IOS8, please make sure you take proper backups of your databases before doing any upgrades.

Both apps are currently being worked on and there are delays in getting releases to the app store this is due to delays in the tools being available to me to get the builds ready.
