WizAnn App Support / Road Names missing when using "View start/end point on Map"

When using the Points App (Late Sheet Questions) I am noticing many road names/road names relating to the surrounding roads are missing when I am drilling into the maps using the “View start/end point on Map” selection. Sometimes these names can be found by reducing or expanding the size of the maps or by looking at another position on the road. However lots of the times the missing names are not revealed no matter what I try. If I look on the Apple Maps App that is loaded on the IPad I can clearly see the road names. Is there a way to display the missing road names? Thanks.

The maps used in the apps are the Apple maps, they require online access (internet access) when viewing, there is no caching of the maps at all, so normally when the maps are not fully populating it is due to either a lack of internet access or slow access.
