WizAnn App Support / Points app not opening on iPad

Hello the points app when I open it just goes to the logo screen and closes. It works fine on my iPhone.
Have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it works. However when I copy over my database from iTunes it will not open again.
Have checked that I only have one app open. Any help would be appreciated

This was a known bug in the older versions of the points app the very latest release from the app store should fix this issue, if it does not then it will require me to meet you and plug your device into my mac to debug the issue.
