There are several ways to add notes, basically you need to edit the point and then type into the user notes, ot sd, lve, restrictions boxs.

revising swiping left or right one of those ways goes to the edit screen, hitting the action button then edit point does it too, on all point listings, press and hold the point for 1 second then edit point off the menu.
