Port logistics services
We received a tracking number for a container that cleared customs two days ago. The number shows it is still at the terminal, but our port logistics provider cannot tell us when it will actually be picked up. We have called three times and every time we get the same answer: "We are working on it." Meanwhile, our warehouse team is waiting, and our production schedule is falling apart. I am tired of the broken promises and the lack of accountability.
