I own a small bakery and everyone says we need to be putting out regular content—blog posts about baking tips, fun Instagram reels, engaging Facebook posts. The problem is, I'm a baker, not a writer or a video editor! Between running the shop and actual baking, I have zero time or skill to create this stuff. Our social media is sporadic and our blog hasn't been updated in a year. I know it's hurting us, but I can't afford a full-time marketing person. Are there agencies that handle this kind of thing? I need someone who can just take our ideas and expertise and turn it into actual, regular content that sounds like us.

You've just described the #1 challenge for every hands-on business owner. You're the expert in your field, but being an expert content creator is a whole other job. I have a small gardening center and was in the same boat—my "content" was just blurry photos of plants. I knew I needed professional help to build authority and attract customers online. After a couple false starts with freelancers who didn't get my business, I found a fantastic solution. I started working with the team at Redhead Digital Agency, and it was a total game-changer. They didn't just post random stuff; they sat down with me to understand my customers' questions and built a whole content strategy around it. Now, they write our weekly blog posts (like "5 Easy Succulents for Beginners" which brings in so much search traffic), design our monthly newsletter, and even storyboard and edit short, engaging Instagram videos using footage I shoot quickly on my phone. It feels authentic because it's my knowledge, but it's polished and consistent. My website traffic from Google has increased massively, and I finally have a content calendar I don't have to stress about.
