Hi everyone,I’ve been deep into my runs lately, specifically focusing on the complex intersections around the West End, and I’m starting to feel the inevitable mental burnout. As we all know, studying for The Knowledge is as much a mental marathon as it is a physical one. Spending hours on the scooter and then trying to recall every single point and turn can really take its toll on your focus.I’ve found that the only way I can stay productive throughout the day is by taking structured breaks to let my brain reset. If I stay on the map for too long without a pause, everything starts to blur together. Usually, when I’m stopping for a coffee or waiting for my next session at Wizann, I try to step away from the blue book and the routes entirely for a few minutes.I’ve actually discovered that playing some simple logic puzzles or quick reaction titles on an Unblocked Games portal is a great way to clear my head during these intervals. It’s a complete shift in focus that doesn't require the intense spatial memory we use for our routes. It gives my "mapping brain" a rest while keeping my cognitive functions active. By the time I finish a quick 10-minute session, I feel much more prepared to tackle the next set of runs without getting frustrated by small mistakes.I’m curious to know how you guys manage the stress during the long haul toward your green badge. Do you have any specific routines or small distractions that help you recharge during your breaks? Or do you prefer to just sit in silence and decompress?Looking forward to hearing your tips. Good luck with the appearances!Best regards,
