Hello my Cop has used wiz points on his laptops high has finally gone to PC heaven. He has backed all his points up and also has the program on his usb but when he has put it on to a new laptop it won't let home access the saved database. he is on 21 and isn't Apple orientated at all so does not see the need for buying a new phone etc... Seems to me his new laptop is not reading Wza files...  how does he go about sorting this
